Program Overview

Our 12-month structured program provides comprehensive support and monitoring for individuals seeking to successfully complete court requirements and reintegrate into their communities.

Program Requirements

To enter the program, participants must:

Have an ankle monitor placed before program entry
Commit to wearing the ankle monitor for the entire 12-month duration
Comply with all court-ordered conditions
Participate in individualized case plan activities

Individualized Case Plans

Each participant receives a customized case plan designed specifically for their situation, including:

Personalized monitoring requirements based on court orders
Addiction treatment and mental health support when needed
Regular case manager check-ins and progress reviews
Employment and educational resources
Family reunification support
Life skills training and development

Monitoring Components

Based on individual requirements, your program may include:

GPS Ankle Monitoring: Required for all participants throughout the 12 months
Voice Recognition Check-Ins: For those with bond conditions, no-contact orders, or daily drug test scheduling
Facial Recognition: For court-ordered online reporting (Zoom check-ins) or online classes
Drug and Alcohol Testing: As required by court orders or case plan
Interlock Devices: For DUI/DWI related cases

Access to Rehabilitation Services

Program participants have access to our network of 35 residential inpatient rehabilitation facilities located primarily in Texas, California, and Georgia. These facilities provide comprehensive addiction treatment and mental health support as part of your individualized case plan.
